2026 Fire Prevention Institute - Vendor / Exhibitor Only Registration

Registration

  • Advertising at Breakout/Refreshment Station locations. Company Logo will be needed. WSAFM will contact to make arrangements.

    Vendor table must be purchased separately.
  • This is for vendors who have more than two guest for the vendor night. Each additional guest will need to be registered and have a badge.
  • Advertising at Breakout/Refreshment Stations, and Vendor Night locations. Company Logo will be needed. WSAFM will contact to make arrangements.

    Vendor table is not included.
  • Advertising at Breakout/Refreshment Stations, Vendor Night, and Podium/Classroom locations. Company Logo will be needed. Displayed at five locations. WSAFM will contact to make arrangements.

  • One Vendor Night Table with Wi-Fi and power. Extension cords available for an additional charge from Campbells. Email wsafm@wsafm.com for special requests. Lunch will be provided for you and 1 guest with the conference attendees. This provides you an opportunity to dine and network.

This registration is exclusively for the registration of vendor / exhibitor tables and sponsorships for our Partner Members.  All vendors / exhibitors must be a Partner Member to register.  Join Here  There are various levels of registration - you can choose one or more of these.

The vendor / exhibitor portion of our event will occur on the evening of October 13th, beginning at 5:00 p.m. and lasting until approximately 9:00 p.m. in the Centennial Ballroom located on the first floor of Campbell's Resort.  Once registered, you will be assigned a table number and additional information will be sent to you as the event date draws nearer.

There will be two windows for vendors to set up:  Tuesday, October 13th between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.; OR between 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Vendors / exhibitors who arrive by 12:00 p.m. on October 13th are welcome to join the rest of the event attendees for a sit-down lunch - during which time you will be given a minute or so to introduce yourself and your company.

Vendors / exhibitors are requested to bring raffle prizes that will be distributed to attendees via drawings that will occur during the event.  It is important that you label the prizes you donated so that we can recognize your company during the raffle.

Important note that every registration needs to have the attendees email NO DUPLICATE EMAILS. 

NOTE:  You will receive an email from "Conference Tracker" asking you to update your profile.  You will need this APP to obtain your CEU's and see the vendors.
