WSAFM Mobile Food Truck Inspection Training Program - LIVE

The Washington State Association of Fire Marshals (WSAFM) Mobile Food Preparation Working Group has developed a comprehensive, high-quality program designed for statewide implementation. Agencies responsible for issuing WSAFM operational permits will be required to complete this training, either in person or through this remote option. The recording of this program will be available on demand shortly after recording.

As part of the rollout, participants will be introduced to a “Best Practices” component focused on effective inspection procedures for Mobile Food Preparation Vehicles.
