WHAT:  Initial Evaluator Training for Certification Testing

WHERE:  Fire Prevention Institute, Campbell’s Resort, 104 W. Woodin Ave., Chelan, WA  98816

PREREQUISITE:  Fire Instructor I certification (Individuals currently in the process of completing Instructor I may attend, but certification must be in place within the next 3-4 months.)

The Initial Evaluator course will prepare the student to participate in the IFSAC practical testing process as an Evaluator.  Students will learn about state policy and procedure in relation to IFSAC testing, the practical evaluation process, chain of command in the testing environment, and how the fire service and the State Fire Marshal’s Office work together to certify fire service candidates.
